Charter UK is working with the British Standards Institute (BSI) to develop a template for enterprise-level systems to handle complaints – and the Continuum suite is a key part of the process.

"It's a great privilege," said Andrew Aldred, Head of Marketing at Charter UK. "It's a testament not just to the robustness of our platform, but to its configurability. The Continuum software suite can be adapted to suit the needs of all kinds of organisations, and can scale up to meet their demands, even right across major enterprises."

He continued: "Any move towards a standard necessitates solid design principles as a ground-rule – but it also needs flexibility. That's the combination we are able to bring to the BSI, and to this process."
