Charter reporter
Designed to provide powerful data analysis and management reporting functionality, Charter Reporter brings the World's leading OLAP reporting tool, BusinessObjects, into the Charter Continuum suite.BusinessObjects offers report scheduling, ad hoc query capabilities and distribution via pdf or a web browser. It also provides the ability to combine data gathered by the Customer Service department with key information from other departments.
A Charter Continuum 'Universe' is created and fine-tuned for each customer, ensuring every field in Charter Continuum is available for reporting. Charter Reporter is used for building and running standard reports, ad hoc queries, drill-down and data export.
Examples of the reports available include; the full FSA (Financial Services Authority) return as part of Charter's FSA module and High level trend and root cause analysis reports.
