Charter Manager sits at the core of the Charter Continuum™ family of products, and provides a fully customised, flexible system for rapid deployment as a Departmental or Enterprise-wide solution. It places the power to effectively and efficiently manage customer feedback on your agent's desktop.

Charter Manager handles inbound and outbound faxes, scanned documents, email (with attachments) and the Web, providing your agents with a consolidated solution for all forms of consumer feedback.

The Document area also stores customer correspondence templates and commonly used files that can be printed, emailed or faxed. By making commonly used material readily available, the Document area increases overall efficiency as agents respond to customers. For organisations that receive a high volume of written communication, Charter Scanner provides rapid batch scanning of customer correspondence for storing against customer contact records. Timesaving benefits are significant through easy retrieval of electronic documents. Our clients also experience major reduction in the large amount of filing space previously required for the storage of paper copy.
